Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand in our Udaipur atelier and handed to Shiprocket for pan-India delivery.

Processing time

Most orders leave the atelier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During festivals or peak wedding seasons, allow up to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most Indian pin codes receive parcels in 3–7 business days. Remote locations may take longer.

Tracking

You receive an AWB / tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also follow status from your account orders page.

Shipping charges

Checkout shows the payable total. Shipping is included or shown clearly before you pay with Razorpay.

Outside India

International dispatch is available on request. Email info@gicogifts.com with your city and pin/postal code before ordering.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and product within 48 hours and write to us — see our returns policy.
