01 Are these really hand-painted on marble?
Yes. Each Gico piece is painted by hand on natural marble in Udaipur. Each piece begins with a carefully selected natural marble surface. Our artists first sketch the design by hand, then build the artwork through layers of colour and finish the intricate details with a fine brush. Each painting takes 1 to 1½ days to complete. No two pieces are exactly alike — and that is the beauty of these paintings.
02 What is the size and framing?
The artwork measures approximately 4 × 4 inches (10.2 × 10.2 cm), with the marble itself being ¼ inch (0.64 cm) thick. The final framed dimensions may vary slightly depending on the frame design. Frame: premium handcrafted marble frame — you can feel the texture once you receive our artwork. Marble artwork: 4 × 4 inches. Marble thickness: ¼ inch.

04 Do you ship outside Udaipur?
Yes. We pack every marble piece in protective cushioning and ship across India. International orders are available on request.
05 What type of marble is used?
Our artists use natural marble selected for its smooth surface and suitability for artwork. Since marble is a natural stone, each piece may have subtle variations in grain, tone and texture.
06 How long until my painting arrives?
Ready pieces typically ship within 3–5 working days. Custom commissions take 2–4 weeks depending on detail.
07 How should I clean the painting?
Use a soft, dry or very lightly damp microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals and excessive water.
08 Is the painting suitable as a gift?
Absolutely. Its compact size and handcrafted character make it suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, housewarmings, festive occasions and meaningful keepsakes.
09 Is each piece unique?
Yes. Natural marble has its own character, and handmade painting creates small variations from one piece to another. These variations are not defects — they are part of the handmade nature of the artwork.
10 What is your returns policy?
